Roles and Responsibilities:



? Sourcing new Sales Opportunities through Outbound calling.

? Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

? Understanding customers' needs and pitching the Virohan business model to them.

? Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

? Identifying the right leads, creating a rapport with a new prospect over the phone, email and in person meetings.

? Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

? Following up with prospects and scheduling appointments with the sales manager for further development and closure.

? Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects across different regions in India.

? Provide appropriate reports and analysis on a daily/weekly basis and solicit feedback.

The Successful Applicant:



? Possesses outstanding communication abilities and enjoys engaging with customers.

? Exhibits enthusiasm and confidence in communication.

? Demonstrates strong listening skills.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

? Capable of achieving set targets.

? Bilingual - fluent in both English and Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
