Handle inquiries from prospective parents regarding preschool admissions.
Conduct campus tours, explain curriculum, facilities, and policies.
Guide parents through the admission process, documentation, and fee structure.
Maintain admission records and ensure enrollment targets are met.
School Operations & Staff Coordination
Act as the first point of contact for parents and staff regarding school-related concerns.
Support the Principal in day-to-day administration and coordination.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and adherence to school policies.
Assist in organizing school events, parent orientations, and staff meetings.
Student & School Well-being
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children.
Work with teachers and staff to address children's needs and parent feedback.
Promote and implement health, safety, and hygiene standards across the school.
Support initiatives that improve overall school culture and well-being.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience in school admissions or administration, preferably in a preschool/early childhood setup.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with parents and staff.
Organizational and multitasking ability to manage admissions, staff, and operations.
Compassionate, approachable, and proactive personality.
