Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused

Admission Counselor

to guide students and parents about our skill-based courses in AI , Digital Marketing, DA and other IT related course.. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling students, and converting leads into admissions and generating leads from School and collages.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries. Counsel students and parents about available courses and career paths. Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs. Maintain inquiry and admission records in CRM / Excel. Follow up regularly with prospective students. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Coordinate with marketing and academic teams. Assist in seminars, workshops, and school/college visits. Collect and verify student documents. Support students throughout the admission process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Stream) Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Punjabi & English preferred) Strong convincing and negotiation skills Customer-focused attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email) Ability to work under targets and pressure Positive attitude and team spirit
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in education counseling or sales is an advantage Knowledge of animation, multimedia, digital marketing, or AI courses is a plus Local candidates preferred
