Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Counsel students on course offerings, curriculum, career outcomes, and admission procedures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or Excel.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to plan and execute admission drives.
Conduct follow-ups with potential leads to ensure conversions.
Provide a positive and professional student experience throughout the admission journey.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream
1-3 years of experience in counseling, preferably in training institutes, academies, or skill-based education companies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and guide students toward suitable programs.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
