Presentable, confident, and fluent in English
Prior experience in an educational institution preferred
Proficient in MS Office, basic administrative tools, and CRM/admissions systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow up effectively
Warm, child-friendly, and professional demeanor
Ability to manage student records and assist with admissions processes
Guide prospective students through the entire admission process, from inquiry to enrollment
Process applications and provide detailed information on programs and admission requirements
Conduct interviews, assess eligibility, and ensure timely follow-up with applicants and families
