Implement sales strategies.
Increase sales and drive sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals.
Contribute to sales by counseling and tele-counselling of leads to ensure admissions.
Ensure smooth usage of CRM and ERP Systems in alignment with the sales process.
Maintain proper follow-up and drive maximum output.
Handling Students' grievances.
Providing timely information to students through calls and messages.
Providing quality services to maintain the brand image.
Recovery of continuous admission in the next term to a maximum.
