Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for
lead generation and conversion
Follow up on leads received through digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
Achieve monthly and quarterly
admission and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversion ratios
Provide complete information about fees, curriculum, batch schedules, and certifications
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as an Admission Counselor / Education Sales Executive
Strong knowledge of the
EdTech industry and education sales process
Proven experience in
lead generation, counselling, and admissions closure
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiners will be given preference
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in EdTech / Coaching Institute / Educational Consultancy
Strong convincing and objection-handling skills
Comfortable with tele-calling, counselling, and face-to-face interactions
