Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Recruitment:
- Identify and attract potential students interested in bakery and culinary arts programs.
- Build relationships with schools, culinary organizations, and industry partners to promote the academy.
2. Admission Process:
- Guide students and parents through the admission process, including application procedures and deadlines.
- Assist with application forms, documentation, and submission.
3. Program Information:
- Provide detailed information about bakery and culinary arts programs, including curriculum, career opportunities, and industry requirements.
- Answer questions and address concerns about programs and services.
4. Student Counseling:
- Provide personalized counseling to students and parents on course selection, career options, and academic planning in the culinary industry.
- Assess student needs and provide tailored advice to ensure informed decision-making.
5. Industry Insights:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, job market demands, and new developments in the culinary world.
- Share knowledge with students and faculty to ensure the academy remains relevant and effective.
6. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
7. Marketing and Promotion:
- Participate in promotional events, fairs, and roadshows to promote the academy's programs.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Visiting schools, collages or other places which can generate leads as per the requirements of the campaigns.
- Maintaing files, folders, registers, google sheets and portals as per the requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in the culinary industry or education sector.
- Knowledge of bakery and culinary arts programs and industry requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
