Key Responsibilities:
Counsel and guide students on overseas education opportunities, admission requirements, and country-specific visa processes.
Handle inquiries and convert leads into successful admissions through effective communication and follow-up.
Conduct admission counselling sessions (telephonic, virtual, or in-person) and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
Assist in application processing, documentation, and coordination with foreign universities.
Collaborate with internal teams and ensure smooth workflow from enquiry to enrollment.
Maintain and update student databases, CRM tools, and student records.
Conduct webinars/seminars, attend education fairs, and support marketing campaigns.
Key Requirements:
2-3 years
of experience in EdTech sales, admission counselling, or overseas education consultancy.
Strong understanding of international education systems, especially in
Germany, France, Italy
, and other European countries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and target-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (preferably in Education, Humanities, or Management).
