Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective parents to convert inquiries into admissions.4. Event Management: Plan and execute open houses, school tours, and promotional events to attract potential parents.5. Local Partnerships: Establish partnerships with local communities, societies, and organizations to enhance school visibility.6. Database Management: Maintain and update leads in the CRM system to ensure proper tracking and communication.7. Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to strategize and implement campaigns to drive enrollments.8. Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and assess market trends to optimize admissions strategies.9. Customer Service: Address queries, concerns, and complaints from parents to ensure satisfaction.10. School Branding: Represent the preschool professionally in local events, workshops, and marketing initiatives.11. Goal Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly enrollment targets through effective planning and execution.12. Team Collaboration: Work closely with academic and administrative staff to ensure a smooth admission process.13.
