We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to generate sales either by cold calling/ Digital promotions. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. Responsibilities
Contract length: 3 months Salary: \xe2\x82\xb93,000.00 per month Expected hours: 24 per week Benefits:
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products.
- Field Visit To Present Our Products.
- Arrange Daily Webinars & Meetings Physical & Online.
- Digital Marketing.
- Lead Generation.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about product\xe2\x80\x99s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
- Record the customer\xe2\x80\x99s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation
- Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
