Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound coldcalls and emails \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for student admission and achieve their targets \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand customer needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program \xe2\x80\xa2 Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas \xe2\x80\xa2 Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support students one on one in their selection of course, application process andmeeting application deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be able to assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation neededfor the application process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communicationswith parents of student applicants. Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through conversations \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong inclination to work in a target driven sales environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven expertise in converting leads into a sale \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with CRM \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluency in English and Hindi languages is a must-have. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong listening and presentation skills.
