Key Responsibilities
Counsel and guide students and parents regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and admission requirements.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing accurate and timely information about courses and admission processes.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio from inquiry to enrolment.
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to organize seminars, webinars, open houses, and counselling sessions.
Maintain and update student databases, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
Assist in developing strategies to enhance student engagement and retention.
Stay updated with current education trends, course offerings, and competitor activities.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in student counselling, admissions, or education sales.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Passion for education and student success.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with digital marketing and lead management tools.
