The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing accurate information about courses and programs, and ensuring a smooth admission experience. The role combines academic counseling, sales, and customer relationship management to achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries from prospective students.
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, fees, training structure, and career outcomes.
Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-up and persuasive communication.
Maintain records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of promotional campaigns.
Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
Provide post-admission support to ensure student satisfaction.
Participate in events, seminars, and outreach activities to promote institute programs.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English).
Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Professional attitude and positive approach toward work.
Qualifications
Graduate .
Minimum 6 month-1 years of experience in counseling or sales (Education/Training industry preferred).
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000-?20,000/month (negotiable as per experience)
Incentives: Based on monthly admission/revenue performance

Working Hours
10:00 AM - 06:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Sunday: Weekly off or rotational off
