Handle all student admission enquiries (walk-in, telephonic, online).
Counsel parents and students regarding school curriculum, policies, and facilities.
Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and timelines clearly.
Coordinate admission tests, interviews, and document verification.
Maintain accurate admission records, forms, and student data.
Follow up with prospective parents to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth admission processes.
Assist in planning and executing admission campaigns, open houses, and school visits.
Maintain professional communication and a welcoming front-office environment.
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate/Post-graduate (preferably in Education, Psychology, Management, or related field).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in school admissions or counselling preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal, counselling, and persuasion skills.
Presentable personality with a polite and empathetic approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic school ERP systems.
Ability to handle parents confidently and professionally.
Working Hours:
As per school norms (including extended hours during admission season).
