Understand student profiles (academics, budgets, goals).
Provide accurate guidance on programs, countries, intakes, and career paths.
Shortlist universities based on eligibility, competitiveness, and student preference.
Convert incoming leads into enrolled students through trust-based guidance.
Maintain high conversion rates through strong communication and follow-ups.
Use CRM for lead management, pipeline updates, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate data on student progress and monthly targets.
