Counsel students and parents regarding courses, curriculum, batches, fees, and career opportunities.
Handle walk-ins, inquiries, phone calls, and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.
Understand the student's academic background and suggest suitable courses.
Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions through CRM or Excel.
Participate in admission drives, seminars, school visits, and promotional events.
Build strong rapport with students and parents to ensure trust and satisfaction.
Coordinate with the academic team for batch scheduling, demo classes, and doubt sessions.
Achieve monthly & quarterly admission targets.
Provide post-admission support and ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Assist in addressing student concerns and ensuring timely resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline (Education/Marketing background preferred).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
Ability to understand student needs and counsel effectively.
Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
Experience in an EdTech or coaching institute is an advantage.
