Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents about programs, courses, and admission procedures.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, emails, and online leads efficiently.
Guide students in choosing the right course based on their interests and career goals.
Maintain updated knowledge of courses, admission policies, and competitive offerings.
Convert leads into admissions by achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads through calls, messages, and emails to ensure maximum conversions.
Maintain and update student databases in the CRM system.
Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to generate inquiries.
Provide regular reports on inquiries, leads, and admissions to management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic counseling.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Business/Marketing preferred).
1-3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or a similar role (education industry preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Fluent in [English/Hindi/regional language as per location].
