Responsibilities:

? Counsel enquiries to convert into admissions.

? Provide detailed guidance about careers and courses to prospective enquiries

? Solve customer concerns / answer queries to convert into an admission.

? Make calls to enquiries and make them walk-in into the center

? Conduct counseling sessions on Zoom & Google Meet.

? Handle walk-ins and counsel them to convert into admissions (remove for WFH)

? Follow the counseling procedure for successful conversions

? Participate in marketing activities, wherever required.

Location - Maharana Pratap Nagar, Bhopal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
