Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of a Admission Counselor for JD Institute of Fashion Technology located in Mumbai. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting JD Institute's courses and services, meeting sales targets, and providing after-sales support.

Responsibilities:

Conducting outbound calls to potential students who have shown interest in our
programs.

Providing detailed information about the courses o?ered, curriculum, faculty,
facilities, and career prospects.

Understanding the needs and aspirations of prospective students and advising
them on the most suitable programs.

Addressing inquiries and concerns raised by prospective students, parents, or
guardians.

Meeting with prospective students and their families for in-person consultations
and campus tours.

Achieving sales targets by converting inquiries into enrollments. Following up with prospective students through various communication channels to
nurture leads and facilitate enrollment.

Collaborating with other departments such as admissions, marketing, and
academic services to ensure a seamless enrollment process.

Maintaining accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the CRM
system.

Participating in promotional events, workshops, and exhibitions to promote the
institute and generate leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
