The Admission Counselor is responsible for managing the preschool admission process, interacting with parents, providing information about programs, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
:
Handle all inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media) related to preschool admissions
Explain curriculum, teaching methodology, fee structure, policies, and school facilities to parents
Conduct school tours and counseling sessions for prospective parents
Follow up with parents to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
Maintain accurate admission records, student data, and documentation
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for enrollment processes
Support admission events, open houses, and marketing activities
Ensure timely completion of admission formalities and fee collection
Address parent concerns professionally and maintain positive relationships
Prepare admission reports and daily/weekly follow-up status
