Job Title: Admission Counsellor
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic admissions team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding and supporting prospective students through the entire admission process -- from initial inquiry to successful enrolment.
The candidate should have 2+ years of proven experience in student counselling or admissions with a reputed educational institution, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to convert leads into enrolments.
Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries from prospective students and provide accurate information about courses, programs, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria.
Counsel students (and sometimes parents) to help them make informed decisions regarding course selection based on their career goals.
Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and counselling sessions to ensure timely conversions.
Maintain and update student records and CRM systems with complete accuracy.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets as per institutional goals.
Provide feedback and insights to management to improve the admission process and student experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in any discipline.
