You will guide parents from first inquiry to enrollment by understanding their goals, explaining our learning methods, and creating a warm centre experience. Your role includes quick lead follow-up, conducting consultations, handling objections, managing admissions and onboarding, hosting virtual demos when needed, and supporting parents after enrollment.
Skills:
Strong communication, emotional intelligence, counselling/inside sales experience (2+ years), comfort working on weekends, and a passion for children.
