Position : Admission Counsellor

at the campus of MIT Vishwaprayag University, Solapur

Shall report to the Head - Marketing / Head- Admissions

Shall interface with parents / students for pre and post admissions support

Shall act as one stop for all queries related admissions with pre-defined scripts

Shall provide the accurate data to the students / parents regarding admissions and incase of further queries shall direct them to the concern department heads

Work collaboratively with other admission counselors / tele callers to review the interests of the aspirants to take admissions in the University.

Manage the leads obtained from various social media / direct / indirect marketing activities

Answering phone calls and providing the requisite information to the students and parents towards admissions

Updating accurate and complete data on CRM /ERP portals

Helping the department head in analyzing the data from various sources

Essential qualifications:

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline

Prior experience in handling customer relations / call centre preferably at higher educational organization

experience in Marketing and Sales sector

Skills & Specific Experience

At least 2 years of significant experience in customer relations / call centre / admissions / marketing

Shall posses highly commendable language skills in English / Hindi and Marathi

Experience in working on excel and CRM software

a go-getter attitude with result oriented approach

Proactive and assertive

shall have an idea about admission procedures and eligibility criteria of various programs in higher education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
