Who We're Looking For

Whether you're a fresh graduate or someone with 0-3 years of experience in EdTech, sales, or counseling -- if you're energetic, motivated, and love talking to people, we want you on our team! Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are a must.

What You'll Do

Engage with 80-100 potential learners daily via calls and video interactions. Understand their career goals and educational background to recommend suitable upskilling programs. Convince and convert leads into enrollments by providing consultative, tailored guidance. Maintain accurate data and follow-up records in our CRM system. Work with the team to optimize sales and conversion strategies.
What You Bring to the Table

Graduate in any discipline. Freshers are welcome; prior EdTech or sales experience is a plus. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Motivated, energetic, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
