Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding UPSC GUIDE courses and programs. Convert leads into admissions by clearly explaining course offerings, features, and benefits. Counsel students and parents to help them select the right program based on their goals. Follow up with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails until admission closure. Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Google Sheets. Coordinate with the academic and mentorship team to schedule demos, counselling sessions, and centre visits. Assist in on-ground admission activities, seminars, and promotional events at the Pune Centre. Achieve monthly admission targets with a student-centric approach. Provide accurate information about UPSC syllabus, stages, and preparation roadmap (training will be provided if required). Ensure students have a smooth onboarding and post-admission experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Graduate in any discipline (Education domain experience preferred). Prior experience in

counselling, tele-counselling, or admissions

is an advantage. Strong communication and convincing skills. Basic understanding of UPSC / competitive exams (or willingness to learn). Good command over Google Sheets, CRM, and follow-up tracking. Positive attitude, patience, and student-friendly behaviour.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
