generate high-quality leads
through various channels such as calls, events, and marketing campaigns, and
convert these leads into successful student admissions
. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills, with a passion for helping parents and students make informed educational choices.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation
Proactively generate leads through cold calling, inquiry handling, walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups.
Participate in school-hosted events, education fairs, and marketing drives to build brand awareness and generate interest.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and support promotional campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, etc.).
Lead Nurturing & Conversion
Conduct detailed counselling sessions with prospective parents/students regarding curriculum, school facilities, teaching methodologies, and admission process.
Maintain regular follow-ups through phone, email, and in-person interactions to convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Understand parent concerns and provide tailored solutions aligned with the school's offerings.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and admissions in the CRM system.
Track daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics (calls made, leads generated, conversions achieved).
Submit timely reports to the Admissions Manager and participate in review meetings.
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate with academic, transport, and accounts teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
Assist in organizing and conducting school tours and orientation programs for prospective parents.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Education/Marketing preferred).
1-3 years of experience in admissions counselling, sales, or customer service (preferably in the education sector).
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building ability.
Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and telecommunication systems.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
