Key Responsibilities:
Handle admission inquiries via calls, emails & walk-ins.
Explain school curriculum, facilities & admission procedures.
Counsel parents individually and assist with documentation.
Conduct follow-ups and maintain lead tracking records.
Organize school tours, orientations, and admission events.
Coordinate with academic/admin teams for smooth processes.
Maintain MIS reports and provide timely updates to management.
Manage front-desk tasks related to admissions when needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal & written communication.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluent in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
(preferred).
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
