Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune. The role involves driving new business opportunities, managing leads, enhancing business communication, and supporting admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through effective lead generation.

Manage and nurture leads to ensure conversion into admissions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders.

Deliver clear and impactful business communication.

Consistently achieve assigned sales and admissions targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and customer experience.

Requirements

Education: Graduation in any stream.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience preferred (Education industry experience is a plus).

Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication (written & verbal) skills.

Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.

Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

No fieldwork required (in-office role).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
