Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and their parents through the admission process. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and ensuring successful conversions while maintaining excellent communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, admission process, eligibility, and career opportunities. Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries effectively. Maintain and update student databases for follow-up and conversion tracking. Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages to ensure successful admissions. Participate in admission events, seminars, and promotional activities. Meet monthly/quarterly admission and conversion targets. Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to improve outreach and student experience.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Education/Marketing background preferred). 1-3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor / Student Counsellor / Academic Counsellor. Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
