Role Overview

We are looking for an

Admission Counsellor

to join our team in Pune. The counsellor will interact with prospective students, provide guidance on courses and admission procedures, and support them throughout the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on educational programs and admission process Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and follow-up leads Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications Support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets Build strong relationships with students to ensure smooth admission journey

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (any discipline) Strong communication & interpersonal skills in English and Hindi/Marathi Prior counselling, sales, or customer service experience preferred Confident, persuasive, and empathetic approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team
