Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, phone and email enquiries from parents and prospective students
Provide detailed information on school programs, curriculum, fee structure and admission process
Conduct school tours, presentations and counselling sessions for parents/students
Assist and guide parents through the application and documentation process
Follow up with enquiries to increase conversion rates
Maintain admission records and update the MIS/CRM
Coordinate with accounts and academic departments for smooth onboarding of new students
Support marketing/outreach activities such as open houses or admission events
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (education/management preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an
Admission Counsellor
/ in a similar role (school/education sector preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Pleasant personality, persuasive communication and customer-service orientation
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM systems
