Job Description

Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads regarding IT courses. Counsel students about various career options and IT programs based on their interests and goals. Explain course structures, benefits, placements, and fee structures in a clear and convincing manner. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment data. Collaborate with the telecalling and marketing team to achieve admission targets. Schedule and conduct campus visits, webinars, and counselling sessions. Handle objections and resolve queries from students and parents efficiently.
