Labour India Gurukulam Public School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic

Admission Counselor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students, providing accurate information about the school, academic programs, campus facilities, and the admission process. The role requires excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and strong organizational abilities to ensure a smooth and positive admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle admission inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms. Provide detailed information about school curriculum, activities, policies, and admission procedures. Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students. Maintain and update admission records, application forms, and required documentation. Guide parents through the enrollment process and follow up on pending applications. Coordinate entrance assessments, interviews, and orientation programs. Assist with planning and execution of admission-related events and outreach activities. Collaborate with school management to meet annual admission targets. Ensure excellent customer service and uphold a positive representation of the school.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Communications preferred). Previous experience in school admissions, counseling, or customer service is an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with parents, students, and staff. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. Professional, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Pleasant personality with a student- and parent-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
