We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective learners in selecting the right programs and completing the admission process. This role is key in converting inquiries into enrollments while ensuring a positive first experience for students in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, and career opportunities. Guide students through the admission and enrollment process. Follow up with leads to achieve monthly admission targets. Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Participate in admission campaigns and outreach activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education, Management, or related field). 0-3 years of experience in admissions, academic counseling, tele sales, or EdTech services. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in English and local language preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
