We are seeking a proactive and people-focused

Study Abroad Counsellor

with prior experience in the

abroad education sector

. The role involves counselling students and parents, understanding their academic and career aspirations, maintaining strong relationships, and providing timely guidance and updates. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, especially over phone calls, and has good awareness of global education and geopolitical trends.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on

study abroad options

, universities, courses, and countries Understand the

needs, goals, and concerns

of prospective students and their parents Provide clear and accurate guidance through

phone calls, meetings, and follow-ups

Maintain continuous communication and be available to

answer calls, clarify doubts, and give updates

Build and maintain strong

long-term relationships

with students and parents Conduct

seminars, presentations, and counseling sessions

Stay updated on

global education trends, visa policies, and geopolitical developments

Coordinate with admissions, documentation, and visa teams Support lead conversion and enrollment targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in

abroad/overseas education counseling

Excellent

communication, public speaking, and presentation skills

Pleasant personality with a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude Highly interactive and confident in

phone-based counseling

Strong interest in talking to people and relationship management Ability to network smoothly with students, parents, and stakeholders Good

geopolitical knowledge

related to international education and migration Strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
