Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact potential students through
calls, emails, and messages
to explain available courses and programs
Provide
structured and personalized counseling
to convert inquiries into successful admissions
Maintain
regular and systematic follow-ups
with leads to ensure maximum conversion
Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
as assigned
Ensure consistent performance in
lead-to-admission conversion ratios
Build and nurture
long-term relationships
with students and parents to enhance trust and retention

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Qualifications & Experience
Any Graduate (Education/Management background preferred)
Experience in admissions, education counseling, or inside sales is an advantage
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
