Guide students and parents about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures
Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Counsel students to help them choose the right course or program
Follow up with prospective students until admission confirmation
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/admission registers
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth admissions
Achieve admission targets set by the institution
Organize and participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and education fairs
Assist students with documentation, application forms, and enrollment process
Provide post-admission support and address student/parent queries
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Student-friendly and professional attitude
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or sales (preferred).
