We are looking for a dedicated and student-friendly
Admission Counselor
to join our Thrissur branch. The role involves guiding students with course details, managing inquiries, and converting leads into admissions. Candidates must have strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and programs.
Understand student requirements and suggest the right course options.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
Convert potential leads into admissions and meet monthly targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM records.
Explain course fees, duration, modules, and training outcomes clearly.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for a smooth admission process.
Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication at all times.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Counseling
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Ability to work under targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication can also apply.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
