We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented

Academic Counselor

to guide students in choosing the right educational programs and career pathways. The role involves counseling students, converting inquiries into admissions, and supporting overall admission growth.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding course details, fees, and career outcomes Manage walk-ins, leads from calls, emails, social media & campaigns Handle student inquiries and follow up regularly to convert them into admissions Maintain accurate records of inquiries and conversions in CRM Participate in events, seminars, and student engagement activities Meet monthly admission targets and contribute to branch growth Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling demos, interviews & batches

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing & sales ability Positive attitude and customer-focused approach Ability to work under targets and deadlines Graduation in any discipline

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
