The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, offering course counseling, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth admissions while meeting monthly targets. The role demands excellent communication, follow-up discipline, and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to student inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, and online channels.
Counsel students on course options, career pathways, and program benefits.
Provide accurate information regarding courses, fee structure, schedules, and admission procedures.
Conduct timely follow-ups with potential students to drive admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by the management.
Handle student registrations, documentation, and fee collection efficiently.
Coordinate with academic teams to support batch planning and student onboarding.
Assist in seminars, counseling sessions, and promotional events as required.
Maintain updated student records in CRM/MIS systems.
Prepare daily and weekly admission reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0 - 3 years of experience in counseling, sales in education sector
Strong communication, convincing ability, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet targets and manage multiple tasks.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
