About the Role:

We are urgently hiring Student Counselors (Malayalam) for a leading design school. The role involves counseling prospective students, handling admissions, and driving conversions through effective communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide prospective students about courses and career opportunities.

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, and convert leads into admissions.

Maintain proper records of inquiries and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 3 years in sales and marketing (preferably in education sector).

Proficiency in Malayalam (mandatory).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

Ability to work towards and achieve set targets.

Work Details:

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Any one weekday (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)

Monthly 2 Sundays will be working ; instead, you can avail your weekly off on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
