Overview

Cindrebay is hiring

Senior Academic Counsellors

to engage with students and parents, provide career guidance, and drive admissions across our centres. This role combines

academic counselling with sales ownership

, making you directly responsible for meeting admissions targets in your region.

We're looking for professionals with

at least 1 year of experience in sales or counselling

, who are confident, target-driven, and passionate about helping students choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents on

courses, career paths, and admissions process

. Achieve and exceed

monthly admissions and revenue targets

. Conduct

calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups

to convert leads into admissions. Maintain accurate student records and lead status in the CRM. Represent Cindrebay with

professionalism and high ethical standards

.

Required Skills

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

Sales, Counselling, or Academic Advising

(EdTech preferred). Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Fluency in

English + Malayalam

(mandatory for Kerala regions). Strong

negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities

. Graduate degree in any discipline.
