Role Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Academic Counselor to guide and support students in achieving their academic and career goals. The role involves providing counseling, assisting in course selection, guiding students through admissions/enrollment processes, and ensuring they make informed educational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about available courses, programs, and career options Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic pathways Conduct orientation sessions, counseling calls, and face-to-face meetings Maintain follow-ups with students through calls, emails, and messages Assist in the admissions process and documentation Maintain accurate student records and databases Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing and guidance abilities Good listening and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Masters Degree Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
