The Admission Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them through the admission process. The role requires a mix of counseling and sales skills to achieve enrollment targets.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Provide accurate details about courses, fees, career prospects, and admission requirements. Convert leads into enrollments by effective counseling and follow-ups. Maintain and update student database, follow-up records, and reports. Support marketing and admission campaigns (seminars, workshops, and events). Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Customer-centric with the ability to build rapport with students/parents. Prior experience in counseling/education sales is desirable. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM usage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
