THiNC Digital Learning Pvt Ltd. is actively looking for experienced and energetic Admission Counselors who are willing to join our institution.

Your primary responsibility will be to attract and recruit prospective students to the institution. You will have to represent the institution at various recruitment events and promote the institution to potential students.

Admissions Process Management: You will be responsible for managing the admissions process for the institution. You will have to review applications, evaluate student credentials and make admission decisions based on the institution's policies and standards.

Student Counselling: You will have to provide academic guidance and counselling to students who are interested in the institution. You will have to understand the student's interests, aspirations and goals, and provide them with personalized counselling sessions to help them make an informed decision about their academic future.

Outreach and Marketing: You will have to work with the institution's marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the institution to potential students. You will have to collaborate with other departments to create marketing materials and campaigns that showcase the institution's strengths and unique features.

Relationship Management: You will have to establish and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges and other educational institutions to promote the institution and attract prospective students.

Reporting and Documentation: You will have to maintain detailed records of the admissions process and student recruitment activities. You will have to prepare reports and provide updates to the institution's management team on the admissions process and enrollment trends.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Quick learner. Graduate in any stream Willingness to work as a team. Previous work experience will be an added advantage. only female candidates need to apply for the post
