Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling: Advise students and parents on academic programs, courses, and suitable career pathways.
Admission Assistance: Support students with admission processes, including form filling and documentation.
Lead Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication with prospective students to ensure timely conversions.
Record Management: Update and manage student information, counseling records, and admission data in CRM/Excel systems.
Promotional Activities: Contribute to planning and executing marketing initiatives for admissions.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly and annual admission targets set by the institution.
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (mandatory).
Minimum 6 months of sales experience (preferably in education/EdTech/tuition sector).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good persuasion and negotiation ability.
Target oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
Ability to conduct product demos confidently.
Female candidates preferred.
Must be based in or willing to work in Calicut.
