1. Contact leads provided through Meta Platforms.
2. Assess the level of students with their parents, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate courses.
3. Provide accurate information about courses and explain how they will benefit the students.
4. Ensure timely follow-up with parents by providing all necessary documents, student activity videos, parent testimonials, etc.
5. Guide parents through the admission process by sharing the registration form, payment details, and explaining how to fill out the form.
6. Offer maximum support throughout the enrollment process by addressing any concerns or questions parents may have.
7. Enter complete student details into the CRM (Leadsquare) and track progress.
8. Follow up with parents who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled, offering additional support and value.
9. Follow up consistently with leads, providing maximum value to encourage enrollment.
10. Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and alignment in messaging.
11. Provide daily updates and reports on the number of leads received, admissions, pending admissions, and interested candidates.
