Admission Counselor to join our

Ernakulam

team! You will be the first point of contact for students and parents, guiding them through their initial queries and helping them explore global education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy. Assist prospective students and parents with accurate information about courses, universities, and the admission process. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth counseling experience. Maintain updated records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills in

English and Malayalam

. A friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM software). Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
