Job Summary:

We are searching for a driven and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team and play a key role in promoting our high-value upskilling course priced at ?40,000. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calls, educating potential students about the course benefits, and scheduling sales appointments with our Admissions team. This is a performance-driven role where your success will be measured by the number of qualified leads converted.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to a targeted prospect list. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our upskilling course and its benefits to potential students. Answer questions and address concerns about the course content, pricing, and enrollment process. Qualify leads by identifying those with a strong interest and potential to enrol in the course. Schedule appointments between qualified leads and our Expert mentors for further discussion and potential enrollment. Maintain accurate records of all call activities and lead interactions in our CRM system. Stay up-to-date on course content and key selling points.

Requirements:

Minimum Degree, e.g., Bachelors, diploma or equivalent. Experience in telemarketing is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone. Proficient in active listening and questioning techniques. A positive and results-oriented attitude. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM software/Excel is a plus.
